Government of China Announced Full Scholarships for International Students: Chinese Government Full Scholarships 2023 announced is available to undertake Postgraduate level programs at Dalian University of Technology.Â
Chinese Government Scholarship-High Level Postgraduate Scholarships Program is a full scholarship established by the China Government’s Ministry of Education, to support designated Chinese universities to enroll outstanding international students for graduate studies in China.
- Dalian University of Technology (DUT) will offer the Chinese Government Scholarship -High-Level Postgraduate Program for the doctor or master degree students in 2023Â
- This scholarship only supports graduate programs. Scholarship duration is three years for master’s programs and four years for doctoral programs.
- Most programs at DUT are instructed in Chinese, and DUT also offers some English-taught programs. For more details on programs, please refer to the attachments.
- The scholarship duration specified in the Admission Notice, covering major study, cannot be extended in general.
- Students are not permitted, in principle, to apply to change their specialties, institutions, or the duration of study as specified in the Admission Notice.
Government of China Full Scholarships Benefit:
1. Exempt from tuition, accommodation on campus;
2. Monthly allowance is offered as followings:
  * Master Degree Students:  3,000 CNY/month Â
  * Doctor Degree Students:  3,500 CNY/month
3. Comprehensive Medical Insurance.Â
4. Applicants are expected to pay for their own international travel expenses.
Admission Notice and Enrollment Time
The admission notice will be issued to the applicants at the end of July 2023, and enrollment time will be September 2023.
