Eligibility for PhD or Postdoctoral Positions

For PhD Applicants:

  • Must have completed an MSc degree in bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field equivalent to a Danish master’s degree.
  • Strong experience in Python programming and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and omics data analysis.

For Postdoc Applicants:

Salary Information:

Postdoctoral Researchers:

  • Starting salary is 35,000 DKK per month (about 4,700 EUR).

PhD Students:

  • Starting salary is 27,800 DKK per month (about 3,700 EUR).

In addition, there’s a pension contribution of 17.1%. International applicants may qualify for tax reductions. You will have the chance to work in a diverse and friendly research setting and have access to advanced computing resources, including supercomputers.
